Are We Here Yet?

TTC is delighted to tell you about our new production! Opening on Saturday 9th July 2011 then on 10th July, 15th July, 16th July and 17th July 2011 at the Braeburn Theatre (Austin Room) on Gitanga Road, we shall be performing the world premier of Ogutu Joshua Muraya's extraordinary new play, Are We Here Yet? starring Lydiah Gitachu and Joni Githui, with original dance (Oluchendo A journey in opposite directions) by Ruth Maingi and Jackson Atulo, plus the mystic Kijiba Song Cycle from Melissa 'Asali' Ommeh. Percussion is provided by Isaac Anyanga and Direction is by Keith Pearson.


Are We Here Yet? concerns two Mau Mau Fighters who find themselves still living in the forest, reliving their sad, moving and comic experiences and trying to come to terms with the past and their actions.
