Nyege Nyege International Music Festival 2016

Nyege Nyege is Back!!! And this time it's during the dry season :) After 1500 people came for a crazy three day music extravaganza, we are back with an even more impressive line up. The Three day International Music Festival at the source of the Nile will host over 80 acts coming from all over Africa and the world, introducing East African premiers of Gatto Pretto (Mozambique), Ibaku (Senegal), Joey le Soldat (Burkina Faso), Dj Sandji (Mali), Mamman Sani (Niger), Arabstazy (Tunisia), Gan Gah (Morocco), Dj Spoko (South Africa) and so many more regional and international acts.

The festival will also feature live tailoring, the sequel of Nyege Nyege Island shot by Wakaliwood (producers of "Who Killed Captain Alex") with over 1000 extras at the festival, afro fusion cuisine and great drinks at local prices, engaging talks, ongoing film screenings and non stop dance floor action from Friday to Monday morning.
