BAYIMBA INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL – 2018

This year,  the 11th edition of BAYIMBA INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL  will take place on the 2nd - 5th AUGUST 2018 on LUNKULU island off Mukono/Katosi road. This new location for the festival comes with a new approach to programming and camping facilities. The festival has extended its period from the usual three days to four days - (Thursday to Sunday).

We will have performances from over 1,000 acts including productions from the popular local artists, World Music, Theatre, Dance, Film, Photography, Fashion, Poetry, Storytelling, Installation arts, Comedy, Deejaying, Games and many more. We shall also have expanded space for the art and craft market exhibition with food and beverage sale points. The experience the festival will present to an estimated audience of over 10,000 people will be a memorable experience and not anyone would dare miss.
