Carl Winther Trio

Culture Connect presents the amazing Carl Winther Trio at The Elephant on September 4th 2015. 

The Award Winning young piano player, has been performing with the likes of Billy Hart, Jerry Bergonzi, Bill Evans,, Daniel Humiar, Adam Nussbaum, James Genus and has an ongoing collaboration over 2 albums with American saxophonist star Jerry Bergonzi to name some.

His performance is breath-taking and virtuous, and has a fluent ability to improvise. He is an educated Jazz and Classic musician, and his own compositions are inspired by a variety of styles from Latin to the funky styles of Herbie Hancock’s 70s music and avant-garde ideas.

Winther has been awarded for his precise and extravagance, his compositions, and his amazing performance skills.

He graces the stage at The Elephant with one of many bands on his CV, his own Trio:
