When you grow up in Korogocho raised by an alcoholic mum who manages to drink herself to death, you are left to navigate a childhood marred by guns, gangs, starvation, rape ordeals, and so much worse. Your innocence is sacrificed and the wounds you are left with always demand a MARKET PRICE before morphing into scars. MARKET PRICE, created by acclaimed director Mbeki Mwalimu, will be staged at the Jain Bhavan (Loresho ridge next to Loresho Primary School) on the 3rd and 4th of December 2022 (Shows at 3 pm & 6 pm)
