Here are 2016's Biggest End Year Gigs - You Don't Want to Miss These

Dec

December is here fam, and as far as epic shows and concerts go, Tis The Season! Your favourite local artistes, including Chris Adwar, Noel Nderitu and Atemi Oyungu, are putting together an unforgettable show featuring Kenyan carols on the 10th and 11th of December Live at the Elephant on Kanjata Road.

If rib cracking humour, good food and a great night out are more of your thing, you’ll want to head on down to the Carnivore on the 10th of December for Because You Said So, a good natured improv show hosted by one Jason Runo.

Or maybe, as the year draws to a close, you may have an urge, an indescribable desire to walk down memory lane and reminisce on the good old days so head on down again, to the Carnivore on the 12th for a biannual event where friends from back in the 80s & 90s meet, network, party, dance and talk about days gone by.

Not convinced about how LIT the 90s were? Well, who better to remind you than Soul for Real and their mega hits ‘Candy Rain’ and ‘Everything Little Thing I Do’ as they perform LIVE at the Carnivore Simba Salon on the 16th of December. You’ll need to bring your dancing shoes for this one.

Last, but in no way least, is a cultural mix that takes you on a tour of 10 countries along the Nile. The journey through this rich and diverse music from the People of the Nile is 3 days long and sets off on the 9th at the Jomo Kenyatta Grounds and culminates on the 11th of December at the KWS Impala Sanctuary.

Find these and more events on Ticketsasa and end your year on a fantastic note.
