Official Statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

18
Mar
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a serious global impact and Ticketsasa sympathizes with all those that have been affected either directly or indirectly by this epidemic.
The well-being and safety of our staff, partners and customers is of utmost importance to us and we have therefore taken a series of precautionary steps as detailed below;
  1. Our team will as of Wednesday, 18th March work remotely to minimize contact. In the meantime, our staff will use telephone or video conferencing to participate in scheduled meetings or events.
  2. On matters Ticketsasa events, we are working proactively with event merchants on contingency plans for the listed events. Refunds will be disbursed to all customers for all cancelled events listed on Ticketsasa. We will share regular updates regarding other events on our digital channels.
  3. For our travel partners and customers, we’re working hand-in-hand to accommodate changes in reservation requests.

We encourage all to remain calm and to take the recommended precautions provided by the Kenya Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO) to protect themselves and those around them.

Mark Mwongela,
CEO - Ticketsasa.
